The three-tier shortlist that works

A good shortlist is not a random list of famous names. We build it in three tiers so you always have strong options no matter how admissions go.

• Aspirational choices where your profile is competitive but not guaranteed
• Strong-match choices where your grades and budget line up well
• Safe choices that are very likely to say yes and that you would still be happy to attend

This structure means you are never left with nothing, and you are never left settling for a place you dislike. Every university on your list is one we would be comfortable sending our own family to.

What we weigh for every option

Reputation matters, but it is one factor among many. We look at the things that shape your actual experience and outcome, not just league-table position.

• Entry requirements against your real grades and test scores
• Total cost, including tuition, living and hidden fees
• Scholarship availability for international and Pakistani students
• Graduate employability and links to industry
• Post-study work rights in that country
• The size of the Pakistani and international community on campus
• Location, climate and cost of the surrounding city

Rankings, used properly

Global rankings are useful as a rough guide and useless as a rulebook. A university ranked in the 400s can be far better for your specific subject than one ranked in the top 100. We look at subject-level strength, not just the overall badge.

Partner universities and direct routes

We work directly with a wide range of universities, including institutions like the University of West London, University of Westminster, Aston University, University of Hull and Illinois Institute of Technology, where our students already study. These relationships often mean faster responses, clearer guidance and, in some cases, application fee waivers or scholarship consideration.
